North Dakota - 3,000 feet
Only a small land mass remains above water in the southwestern corner of the state. This area includes the areas of Bowman, Rhame and a small, southern portion of the Little Missouri National Grasslands. White Butte is the highest point in North Dakota at 3,506 feet above sea level.
