Texas - 3,000 feet
At 3,000 feet of sea level rise, the rest of the country would be ravaged. The Gulf of Mexico would now reach through Texas and into New Mexico forming two land masses that would make up Texas. One land mass would be the western point with the coastline being from Fort Stockton and following route 285 north. The other would be the western half of the “smoke stack” shape of north Texas from just north of Odessa to east of Lubbock to Perryton at the northern border.
