Oklahoma - 1200 feet
The eastern half of the state is now underwater. The shoreline follows Interstate 35 from the northern border to the state capital of Oklahoma City, then to the southern border following Interstate 44. Most of Oklahoma City is above water but the areas of Lawton, Stillwater, Tulsa and Bartlesville are not as lucky. There are a few isolated islands of land east of Oklahoma City.
