Michigan - 1200 feet
At 1200 feet, all major cities in Michigan would be underwater. The only areas above water would be the area around Ottawa National Forest/Crystal Falls State Forest and the area between but not including the Manistee National Forest, Huron National Forest and Atlanta State Forest. There would also be a few small islands in Lake Superior including Calumet. Lake Superior and Lake Erie would be one, large, brackish sea.
