Louisiana - 150 feet
Over half of Louisiana would be underwater at 150 feet of sea level rise. This includes most of the lower half of the state and areas along the Mississippi and Red Rivers. Most major cities along with the state capital Baton Rouge would be inundated. The Fort Polk and Kisatchie National Forest would become two major peninsulas making up most of the land mass in the state.
