California - 3,000 feet
At this level, the San Joaquin Valley bowl is no more as it is all open to the Pacific. In the north, the Mendocino National Forest is a peninsula. Water has spread into the Klamath, Trinity and Shasta National Forests creating a large lake area around Montague. Goose Lake is now being flooded from Oregon. To the south, almost all of the major roadways are underwater. The San Bernardino Mountains, the Mojave National Preserve and most of the Los Padres National Forest are forming into islands. Death Valley has finally been breached filling that area and the area around the Salton Sea rapidly.
