Arizona - 4,500 feet
The lower half of the state has now flooded almost completely reaching as far north as the Cordes Lakes, Sedona, Payson and Clifton leaving the city of Prescott on a peninsula. Some areas east of Tucson have formed an island chain which includes the area of Sierra Vista. The Colorado River has reached Lake Powell flooding the low lying areas through the Grand Canyon.
